Warranty Policy

At Avepower, we are committed to providing reliable power banks and portable charging products. We stand behind the quality of our products and provide warranty support for eligible products purchased directly from our official online store.

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage, exclusions, and how to submit a warranty claim.

1. Warranty Period

Avepower products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser, unless a different warranty period is specifically stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not automatically transferable to another person.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use and under normal operating conditions.

2. What the Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, Avepower may provide a repair, replacement, or other appropriate solution if a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or material defect.

Warranty coverage may include issues such as:

  • The product fails to power on under normal operating conditions.

  • The product does not charge properly due to a confirmed product defect.

  • Charging or output functions fail during normal use.

  • The product experiences a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • Other functional problems caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

Avepower will evaluate each warranty claim based on the specific circumstances and available product information.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:

  • Accidental drops, impacts, crushing, or other physical damage.

  • Water, liquid, moisture, or excessive humidity.

  • Fire, overheating caused by external conditions, or other environmental damage.

  • Improper use, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow the product instructions.

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or alteration.

  • Use with incompatible chargers, cables, devices, or accessories.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

  • Damage caused by improper storage or transportation after delivery.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party sources.

  • Damage resulting from operating the product outside its specified temperature, voltage, current, or other operating conditions.

The warranty does not cover personal items, devices, data, or other property that may be affected by the use or failure of the product.

4. Battery Capacity and Normal Battery Degradation

Rechargeable lithium-ion batteries naturally lose capacity over time and through repeated charging and discharging cycles.

A gradual reduction in battery capacity resulting from normal use and aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty coverage may apply when battery performance is significantly affected by a confirmed manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period.

5. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us using the information below.

Email: info@avepower.com

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Name used when placing the order

  • Product name and model

  • Purchase date

  • A description of the problem

  • Photos or videos showing the issue

  • Any other information reasonably requested by our customer service team

Providing clear photos or videos can help us identify the issue and process your claim more efficiently.

6. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact Avepower customer service and provide your order information and a description of the problem.

Step 2: Troubleshooting

Our customer service team may provide troubleshooting instructions to determine whether the issue can be resolved without returning the product.

Step 3: Claim Evaluation

If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, we may request photos, videos, diagnostic information, or other relevant details.

In some cases, we may require the product to be returned for further inspection.

Step 4: Warranty Resolution

If the product is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, Avepower may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent product; or

  • Provide another appropriate warranty solution.

The available solution may depend on the product, nature of the defect, availability, and applicable requirements.

7. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

If Avepower confirms that a product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, Avepower may provide instructions regarding return shipping.

Customers should not ship a product to us without receiving return instructions first.

Because power banks contain rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, they may be subject to transportation and shipping requirements. Please contact us before sending any power bank or battery-powered product for warranty service.

For issues that are not covered by the warranty, the customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping or other costs.

8. Replacement Products

If a replacement is approved, Avepower may provide the same model or, where appropriate, an equivalent product.

If the original product is no longer available, Avepower may provide a comparable replacement or another appropriate solution.

A replacement product does not necessarily restart the original warranty period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the replacement remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

9. Products Purchased Through Third-Party Sellers

If you purchased an Avepower product from an authorized retailer, distributor, marketplace, or other third-party seller, please contact the seller first when possible.

Warranty terms may vary depending on the sales channel and applicable local requirements.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for warranty service.

10. International Warranty Service

Avepower serves customers in multiple countries and regions. Warranty service for international orders may involve additional shipping, customs, or transportation requirements.

Because power banks contain lithium-ion batteries, international returns must follow applicable transportation requirements.

Please contact Avepower before shipping an international warranty return so that we can provide appropriate instructions.

11. Limitation of Warranty

This Warranty Policy applies to eligible Avepower products purchased directly from our official online store, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Avepower's warranty obligations are limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy determined to be appropriate for the defective product.

Nothing in this Warranty Policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
